The key to extending the life of diesel engine gears is to choose the appropriate diesel engine oil.
       1. For engines with high load and low speed, diesel engine oil with higher viscosity is generally used; while for engines with light load and high speed, diesel engine oil with lower viscosity should be used.
       2. In seasons with high temperatures, like the current summer, diesel engine oil with higher viscosity should be used; while in seasons with low temperatures, diesel engine oil with lower viscosity should be used.
       3. For new engines, use diesel oil with low viscosity; for old engines or those with heavy wear, use diesel oil with high viscosity.
       4. Give priority to domestic diesel engine oil. It is not that the moon in foreign countries is rounder. Some engine oil products produced by some well-known domestic petroleum refining and chemical companies are basically the same as similar foreign products in terms of quality, viscosity and viscosity-temperature performance, but the price is very low, only 50% to 60% of foreign products.
       5. On the premise of ensuring normal engine lubrication, diesel engine oil with a lower viscosity should be used as much as possible.
